Review the affected pages, timing and recent changes. Tracking problems, shifting demand and content gaps can look similar at first.
A clearer next step for your website
A website SEO audit finds technical, content and linking issues that can limit search visibility, then turns the evidence into a prioritized plan your team can act on.
Know something is holding your website back, but not where to start? I’ll help you understand what needs attention, why it matters and how to check the fix.

Start with the problem
An SEO audit is useful when you need a diagnosis before deciding what to change. It connects observations about your website with evidence, business priorities and a clear next action.
Review the affected pages, timing and recent changes. Tracking problems, shifting demand and content gaps can look similar at first.
Investigate whether the problem involves discovery, indexing or visibility for the searches that matter to your business.
Identify important URLs, content and search signals before changing the site, so the release has a clear SEO plan.
Bring technical, content and marketing concerns into one review so your team can agree what deserves attention first.

What I review
The audit connects technical access, content, site structure and search performance. We agree the depth of each area around your website, the evidence available and the decision you need to make.
I review response codes, redirects, robots directives, canonical tags and sitemap consistency. Where relevant, I also investigate rendered content, performance and structured data.
Your output: Affected URLs or templates, supporting evidence and a recommended correction with an acceptance check.
The on-page audit examines whether important pages answer the right questions. Titles, headings, content gaps and overlapping page purposes are assessed together.
Your output: Page-specific recommendations showing what to clarify, improve or consolidate, and why.
I follow the routes from navigation and hub pages to your key services, categories and articles. Missing connections, competing destinations and unnecessary redirect paths are reviewed.
Your output: A structure report identifying source and destination URLs, proposed link changes and their purpose.
I review referring-site patterns, relevant links, lost links and broken destinations. Unusual patterns are investigated before recommending action.
Your output: Documented concerns and opportunities. A tool’s risk score alone is not a reason to remove or disavow links.
Available Search Console and analytics data help show which pages and queries changed. Competitor pages and search results provide context for page intent, content and visibility. Tracking limitations are recorded so assumptions are not presented as findings.
Your output: A usable baseline and an explanation of what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain and what to investigate next.
An advanced SEO audit goes deeper where your site requires it. We define template coverage, URL sampling and specialist checks before work begins.
From findings to useful work
You receive a diagnosis you can understand and recommendations your team can use. The agreed report brings the evidence, priorities and handover together.
A concise explanation of the main problems, opportunities and unanswered questions affecting your website.
Findings with affected URLs, evidence, proposed actions, priority, a responsible role and a way to verify the correction.
A suggested sequence for implementation, including dependencies and likely owners. The planning period is not a ranking deadline.
A guided explanation of the findings so you can revisit the reasoning and prepare questions for the handover.
This example shows the report format. It is not a client result or a finding about your website.
| Affected page | A public service page intended to appear in search. |
|---|---|
| Observation and evidence | The fetched page contains a noindex directive. In this example, the source is a template setting. |
| Recommended action | Confirm the page should be indexed, then remove the unintended directive at its source. |
| Responsible role | The developer or site administrator who controls that template. |
| Acceptance check | Fetch the updated page and check that neither the HTML nor response headers apply noindex. Check crawl access and the intended canonical separately. |
| Later monitoring | Monitor indexing and search performance after the change. Removing the directive does not guarantee either outcome. |
Tell me what is happening. We’ll agree the review your team needs.

Decide what comes first
Priority depends on the strength of the evidence, the importance of the affected pages, the scale of the problem and the work needed to resolve it. Dependencies matter too: one fix may need to happen before another can be useful.
The report explains that order so your developer, writer and marketing team can work from the same plan.
An unintended noindex directive on a main service page would normally deserve attention before an optional enhancement warning on an old announcement.
That is a contextual decision, not a universal scoring rule. First verify the problem and the correction, then monitor the search outcome.
Built around your website
Your platform and project shape the investigation. These are examples of the checks we can include when agreeing your scope.
I review the output of your theme, plugins and publishing settings, including indexing directives, canonicals, archives, sitemaps and schema overlap. Where the evidence allows, the report identifies the setting or template responsible.
Category and product pages are assessed alongside variants, filters, stock changes and internal navigation. Recommendations explain which URL patterns need attention and how to protect useful shopping pages.
Language and regional URLs are reviewed with their canonical relationships, hreflang and market-specific content. The report documents conflicts and the intended relationship between versions.
Before a redesign, establish an inventory of important URLs and content. The scope can cover redirect requirements, template checks and post-launch validation so the new site has a clear handover plan.
When content depends on rendering, I investigate whether important text, links and page signals are available as intended. Findings are tied to the actual implementation rather than assumptions about the framework.
Review overlapping topics, isolated articles, outdated content and the paths leading to business pages. Recommendations identify where to improve, connect or consolidate content based on its purpose and evidence.
Working together
Start with your website URL and the problem you want to understand. We agree the scope, deliverables and delivery window before the full review begins.
Share your priority pages, target customers, symptoms and recent changes. This defines the questions the audit needs to answer.
We confirm the review depth and relevant data. Read-only Search Console and analytics access can help; additional access is requested for a specific purpose.
I examine the agreed technical, content and performance areas, checking material findings against the pages and data behind them.
Findings become recommendations with priorities, dependencies and acceptance checks, so your team knows where to begin.
We review the diagnosis and roadmap, clarify recommendations and discuss whether you need separately scoped implementation support.
No passwords needed in the enquiry form. We discuss access after agreeing the review. If data is unavailable, the report explains what that limits.

Your audit consultant
I’m Muhammad Usaid Zaheer. My work connects technical SEO, content and implementation. For your audit, that means explaining the evidence behind a recommendation and what your team needs to do with it.
You can read more about my approach and explore examples of past SEO work. Portfolio results provide context for that work, not a prediction of your audit’s outcome.
The best fit is someone who can explain the scope, show how findings are supported and give your team usable next steps. Before booking, ask:
A quote based on the work
The audit fee depends on the website and the depth of investigation. I provide a scoped quote after reviewing your requirements, so you can see what is included before making a decision.
We agree the delivery window once the size, complexity and required access are clear. Implementation, content changes and ongoing support are quoted separately.

Free tools can highlight useful issues. A consultation helps define your concern. A professional audit investigates the agreed scope and explains what the findings mean for your website.
| What you need | Automated check | Free consultation | Professional audit |
|---|---|---|---|
| A starting point | Tool-detected observations | Discussion of your concern and goals | Investigation of the agreed questions |
| Context | Depends on the tool and configuration | Enough information to agree the next step | Findings interpreted against your pages and evidence |
| Priorities | Rule-based alerts or scores | A proposed review scope | Actions ordered by importance and dependencies |
| Handover | Tool output or export | Scope discussion and a quote where appropriate | Report, roadmap and walkthrough |
The free consultation is not the full audit. Tools can support the investigation; the paid service adds interpretation, verification and a plan for action.
After the report
Your team can use the report to assign and implement recommendations. If you need help, we can agree a separate scope for the work and its verification.
Use technical SEO support for crawl, indexing, rendering and platform changes that need implementation or developer guidance.
Bring on-page SEO improvements into the next phase when page purpose, content or internal links need attention.
Consider off-page SEO support when the evidence points to a relevant backlink or authority opportunity.
A completed task should pass its acceptance check. Changes in impressions, clicks or enquiries are then monitored separately, with other website and market changes kept in view.

A technical SEO audit concentrates on how your website can be accessed, crawled, rendered and indexed. A full website SEO audit also examines content, page intent, internal links, backlink context and available performance data. We choose the scope around the problem you need to solve.
Yes, an initial review can use the public website and the information you provide. Without Search Console or analytics access, some questions about past performance and reported indexing cannot be answered with the same confidence. The report makes those limitations clear.
Yes. You can request a standalone audit without committing to ongoing SEO management. We agree the investigation, deliverables and handover first. Any implementation or ongoing support is discussed separately.
Repeat the review when there is a reason to revisit the evidence, such as a migration, substantial template changes, a sustained performance decline or expansion into new markets. Follow-up checks can focus on completed fixes. A full audit does not need to be repeated on an arbitrary schedule.
Share your platform, approximate site size, template structure, markets and available data first. I will assess whether I can support the required depth and confirm the scope before accepting the project. Specialist access, extensive log analysis and a review of every URL are not assumed to be included.
No. An audit helps you understand problems and choose informed actions. Search performance also depends on implementation, content, competition, demand and changes in search systems. We verify the corrections and monitor the outcomes separately.
