Before you make payment.
When is my seat confirmed?
Your seat is finalized after the payment screenshot is checked and you receive confirmation from the Learn With Usaid team.
What should the screenshot show?
It should clearly show the paid amount, successful transaction status and transaction reference. Never upload passwords, PINs or OTPs.
What happens after submission?
Your completed request is saved securely for administrator review. The final screen provides WhatsApp so you can send your enrollment reference.
Is submitting proof the same as confirmation?
No. Submission starts verification. Enrollment becomes final only after the payment is matched and confirmed.
